Saturday, January 25, 2014 2:37 PM Recently my OS became corrupted and I had to re-install.I have had no luck trying to download content.I have the same symptons as above.I have tried both standard and custom instal options with no luck.I have Home Win 7 and this is the 1st time I have had problems like this with PS 16.I have re-installed it before with no problems.I also can not get New Blue Colorfast to install. All of my other programs re-installed without trouble. I might add I have the download version not the hardcopy. Can I get a hard copy of PS 16 from Pinaccle or am I better off just updating to PS 17? Right now my PS 16 is virtualy useless without content. But be informed that so far, it's not a non linear video editing system fully working, just a nice and smart interface.
