Alcatel One Touch X230e Unlock Software Download

Please segun i have a little problem with my lumia 900 i got from US AT&T.it came unlocked then i inserted my an etisalat sim i got new but it didnt show me network afetr a day it went off and then i charged it so when the windows screen came up it was then asking me for puk number i then inputted my sim puk number over a required numbr of time after which the phone nw displays SIM ERROR.i went to etisalat office to confirm the line but io was told the line is ok. Pls what do i do need your advice.

Idea has launched 3G modem Alcatel X230E in the market. Alcatel X230E modem download speed is 7.2 Mbps and upload speed is 5.76 Mbps. It can be simply unlocked with a unlock code.
