This problem was not there previously, and to prove it I uninstalled everything, re-installed the basic v16 and all was well again. I have the Ultimate upgrade version.
More annoyingis I cannot contact Corel support as it won't recognise the serial number, and the 'about' dialog box in v16 patch version does not show the serial number despite Corel asking for it. What is with these companies that refuse to support their products? In Australia under current consumer law they must support when the product is faulty! Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and taht you have the correct upgrade patch.'
