I just got a CSR V 4.0 USB Dongle this past Christmas to use for pairing a wireless headset (which I got last Christmas) on my Windows 8.1 laptop. However, when I click on this icon ( )after installing the software for this device from the CSR Harmony CD that came with it, my USB Bluetooth device still doesn't appear. After doing an online search for helpful topics related to my problem (I found at least two), I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software for my USB device/enabling Bluetooth Support and other related services, but still no success. This is very frustrating, to say the least. I am not sure what to do next. Should I install a Bluetooth driver for my USB device to get it to work, and if so, where from? I want to make sure that whatever I do, I won't do anything that might mess up my computer in the process.

Any help would be appreciated.
